РЕЛІГІЯ ЯК ВАЖЛИВИЙ ЧИННИК НОВОЇ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ПОЛІТИЧНОЇ РЕАЛЬНОСТІ

Анотація

Проаналiзовано мiсце та роль релiгiї в полiтичному життi сучасної України, її вплив на полiтичне життя та трансформацiї пiд впливом полiтичного чинника. Показано, що зростаючий рiвень полiтичної активностi віруючих громадян зумовлює, з одного боку, поглиблення процесу політизації релігії, а з іншого – сприяє релiгiзацiї полiтичного процесу. Доведено, що полiтизацiя релiгiї спонукає мирян і клір до розбудови й утвердження демократичної Української держави, вiдродження національної духовностi та моральностi. Проте, з іншого боку, за наявності антиукраїнських підходів у діяльності певних конфесій, такий процес може зумовити гостре полiтичне і мiжцерковне протистояння, що може занурити суспільство в політичну і релігійну кризу. Показано, що не вся діяльність релігійних організацій, які функціонують в Україні, відбувається у межах правового поля. Підкреслено необхідність приведення наявної законодавчої бази з питань взаємовідносин церкви, релігійних організацій і держави до потреб сучасних реалій. У цьому контексті досить актуальною є проблема розробки та запровадження стримуючих механізмів щодо участі екстремістських релігійних організацій у політичній діяльності.
